Annotating Custom URI Prefixes for OBO Foundry Ontologies

Abstract

This post describes a recent improvement to the Semantic Farm alignment workflow with the Open Biological and Biomedical Ontology (OBO) Foundry enabled by contributing upstream data and code improvements to the OBO Foundry itself.
