Abstract

This workshop introduces practical approaches to help make bioinformatics software sustainable and FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable and Reusable). The workshop addresses the growing expectations from funders, publishers, and the scientific community for transparent software lifecycle management and high-quality software metadata, e.g. in ELIXIR’s bio.tools registry.
