Recombinant supercharged polypeptides for safe and efficient heparin neutralization

Biomaterials Science, vol. 11, pp. 5533–5539

Abstract

studies revealed that the heparin-triggered bleeding was almost completely alleviated by K72 while a negligible toxic effect was observed. Therefore, such recombinant supercharged polypeptides might replace protamine sulfate as heparin-reversal agents.
