h5ad file of the human heart failure atlas. To obtain the all raw counts: sc.read_h5ad("Bleckwehl_snRNA_seq_human_heart_failure_atlas.h5ad") adata = adata.raw.to_adata() Meta data columns for cell type labels: Cell_type: Annotation of the main cell type from each study. Annotation_1: Harmonized annotation of the main cell type from the integrated heart atlas, ischemic cells as a category. Annotation_2: Harmonized annotation of the main cell type from the integrated heart atlas, labelled cell types of the ischemic cells. Subcluster: Annotation of the subcluster from the individual studies (when it was available). Subclustering_2: Harmonized subcluster annotation of the integrated heart atlas.
