Reproduction package: Network-based prioritisation versus a phenotype-based comparator for drug repurposing in Alzheimer's disease (NeDRex)

Abstract

Python script, logs, intermediate API results and candidate-level data (1,387 records) for the manuscript "Network-Based Prioritisation Identifies More Candidates Beyond a Phenotype-Based Comparator in Alzheimer's Disease". Data were retrieved via the NeDRex REST API (NeDRexDB 2.1.52) on 2 August 2026. A re-run on 4 October 2026 reproduced the output identically. Version 2 adds the sensitivity analysis (18 parameter configurations), the external validation against ClinicalTrials.gov and PubMed, and the selection and manual trial review for Table 3, together with Supplementary Tables S5–S7 and Supplementary Figure S1.
