Abstract
This knowledge-model-agnostic Data Stewardship Wizard (DSW) document template was developed at LUMC-DCC to support the export of questionnaires independently of the underlying Knowledge Model. It dynamically renders the questionnaire structure without relying on Knowledge Model-specific question identifiers and supports multiple output formats, including Markdown, HTML, PDF, DOCX, and ODT. Configurable export profiles allow users to include answered questions only, the complete questionnaire structure, or detailed audit information, with optional metrics evaluation. The template can be deployed on any compatible DSW instance.
