Zenodo (CERN European Organization for Nuclear Research)

Abstract

The supplementary material for each PhD chapter in the PhD thesis of Ryan Brewer, entitled Trait-dependent diversification and biogeography of Canary Islands angiosperms. Chapter 2 Supplementary Materials are for the publication 'Ecological limits and trait-dependent diversification drive angiosperm diversity unevenness across the Canary Islands'. Chapter 3 Supplementary Materials are for the publication 'Climatic seasonality and topographic complexity shape Canary Islands plant growth form distributions'. Chapter 4 Supplementary Materials are for the thesis chapter 'A Model for Trait-Dependent Colonisation and Diversification onIslands'. This is a shared chapter with another PhD candidate, Ornela Dehayem Nanwou, with us both as co-lead authors. Please note, this chapter will be heavily adapted for the publication version and will not be published as the thesis version. For further details on each of the supplementary materials and the files therein, please see the corresponding thesis chapter.
