Versaprint - Manufacturing parameters and process sequences for the production of the demonstrator

Zenodo (CERN European Organization for Nuclear Research)

Abstract

This document describes the assembly procedure for the VERSAPRINT automotive battery module prototype developed within the VERSAPRINT project (Grant Agreement No. 101103696). The manual provides a step-by-step guide for the preparation and integration of module housing components, cooling plates, lithium iron phosphate (LFP) cells, temperature sensors, busbars, cooling connectors, and module covers. It includes specifications for component installation, mechanical compression requirements, electrical interconnections, thermal management assembly, and cooling circuit integration. The document serves as a practical reference for the reproducible assembly of the prototype module, supporting manufacturing, testing, and validation activities related to advanced printed battery module technologies for automotive applications.
