Abstract

Synthesis_optimized_library.zip – FASTA and BED format files (2 × 27 files) with all proposed oligo probes targeting Brassica subgenome chromosomes using a maximum of 27k probes per chromosome targeting a similar density range (0.37 – 0.54 oligos per 1kb). There are painting probes for each of the 27 chromosomes (see Supplementary Table S1 for details). Both files per chromosome include similar information (chromosomal position on reference assemblies and nucleotide sequence). Used for commercial ordering. Figure S5 (Evaluation_ABC-genomes_synth_opt_lib.pdf): Localization of oligonucleotide sequences along chromosomes based on the B. rapa, B. nigra, and B. oleracea genomes. Chromosomes were divided into 100 kb windows, and the number of unique oligos recovered was calculated for each window. The distribution of the number of oligos is shown in the line plot. The x-axis is the position of the chromosome in megabase pair. The y-axis is the number of oligos in each 100 kb window.
