Abstract
Density_optimized_library.zip – FASTA and BED format files (2 × 27 files) with all proposed oligo probes targeting Brassica subgenome chromosomes using a unified density of 0.5 probes per kb. There are painting probes for each of the 27 chromosomes. Both files per chromosome include similar information (chromosomal position on reference assemblies and nucleotide sequence). Figure S4 (Evaluation_ABC-genomes_dens_opt_lib.pdf): Localization of oligonucleotide sequences along chromosomes based on the B. rapa, B. nigra, and B. oleracea genomes. Chromosomes were divided into 100 kb windows, and the number of unique oligos recovered was calculated for each window. The distribution of the number of oligos is shown in the line plot. The x-axis is the position of the chromosome in megabase pair. The y-axis is the number of oligos in each 100 kb window.
