Abstract

This page contains the single-cell RNA-sequencing datasets used in "CellGOSSIP: Cell-specific Graph Operation Strategy on Signaling of Intracellular Pathways". All datasets analyzed in this study were obtained from previously published studies. File datasets.zip contains three folders: Perturb-seq folder: containing the pre-processed CRISPRi Perturb-seq data after running Mixscale package the Interferon-gamma pathway (mixscaleIFNG.Rds) TGF-beta1 pathway (mixscaleTGFB.Rds) TestDatasets: containing the six processed (cell-type annotated) single-cell RNA-seq data sets HumanSkin.rds MouseMammaryGland.rds HumanHNSCC.rds MouseRetinal.rds HumanMelanoma.rds MouseSpleen.rds Transfection_CD40LG_CD40: containing the processed and annotated single-cell RNA sequencing dataset (Transfected_CD40_CD40LG.rds), involving 4 experimental condition (CD40LG-CD40, CD40LG-GFP, GFP-CD40, GFP-GFP) and 2 cell types (NK and B cells)
