Abstract

We have read the Letter to the Editor of Lamba et al. with great interest and appreciate their thoughtful and constructive comments. Their observations, together with our findings, underline the importance of employing more comprehensive methodologies to evaluate bone marrow sparing techniques and their impact on the immune system. In this response, we elaborate on the points raised and add our perspective to further contribute to this valuable discussion.
