Abstract

Koenikea saponaria Smit, 2007 Material examined. Queensland. 0/1/0, West Canungra Creek at Blue Pool, Lamington NP, 28°12'52.98"S 153°8'28.43"E, 15-xi-2003. Remarks. The species has been described from the hyporheic of the West Canungra Creek. The species has a characteristic slender P5, not mentioned by Smit (2007). Distribution. Queensland, only known from the West Canungra Creek.
