Abstract
This file contains the EyeRayTracer-code underlying our manuscript: "Alignment conditions of the human eye for few-photon vision experiments" See README in file for instructions. This version updates the previous version by defining retinal distances concurrent with retinal locations of interest. In this manner the ray tracer can be used without defining locations of interest.
