What is the helpdesk manual? Audience, mostly for the help desk technicians, but also ELViS users. Information about the different person roles in the helpdesk. Provide information on the help desk workflows and lines of support. This is a living document and will be reviewed at least monthly. Explains the features/functionalities of the helpdesk. Guidance on how to solve user issues. Explain a code of conduct, rules.
