Förderung der Schreibkompetenz

Sprache im Beruf, vol. 5, pp. 237–245

Abstract

This article presents the theoretical basis and exemplary exercises of the support concept of the language-didactic-social science project KOFISCH (Kompetenzförderung im Schreiben), which is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF). The support concept is based on empirical studies in the field of vocational writing competence of young adults in the transitional system. The support concept is characterized by the job-related integration of the exercises. Thus, the importance of writing for practical work is always taken into account in the promotion of writing competence. The theoretical foundation for the support concept is provided by general didactic-methodological approaches such as scaffolding and action orientation as well as writing-specific approaches such as writing process orientation.
