Infrared Progammable Nanophotonics using the plasmonic Phase-Change Material In3SbTe2

IEEE Photonics Society Summer Topicals Meeting Series (SUM), vol. 12, pp. 1

Abstract

The infrared plasmonic phase-change material In3SbTe2 (IST) can be switched between dielectric and metallic. It allows direct optical reversible writing of plasmonic antennas for resonance tuning, tunable absorbers, and nanoscale screening and soldering.
