Infrared Programmable Nanophotonics Based on In3SbTe2

OSA Optical Design and Fabrication 2021 (Flat Optics, Freeform, IODC, OFT), pp. FTu4A.2

Abstract

The infrared plasmonic phase-change material In3SbTe2 (IST) can be switched between dielectric and metallic. It allows optical, reversible writing of plasmonic antennas for resonance tuning, tunable absorbers, and nanoscale screening and soldering.
