Abstract
A layered structure comprises: a silicon dioxide substrate; a polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon-based layer on the silicon dioxide substrate; and a graphene-based layer on the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon-based layer, wherein the layered structure is formed at an edge of the silicon dioxide substrate.
