Abstract
The invention provides a concrete tackifying type water reducing agent and a preparation method thereof, the tackifying type water reducing agent is composed of a water reducing agent component and a water retention type tackifier, the tackifier inner core is wrapped in a protective shell, and the cohesiveness and long-acting working performance of concrete can be enhanced when the phenomena of segregation, bleeding, bottom digging and the like occur in the concrete. Nano bentonite is taken as a main raw material, a protective shell is provided for the tackifier, the bleeding rate of the concrete is reduced on the premise of ensuring the fluidity of the concrete, the steps are simple, the cost is low, and the whole preparation process is safe, reliable, free of organic solvents, non-toxic, pollution-free and environment-friendly. The core-shell ratio and the coating ratio of the water-retaining tackifier are properly adjusted according to factors such as bleeding rate and working environment suitable for concrete, so that the final water reducer product has better adaptability, and good slump retaining performance is ensured.
