Espacenet Family 88206884

Abstract

[0001] P355741 NL Provided are protein-lipid nanodiscs. The protein-lipid nanodiscs comprise a phytanyl-based glycerophospholipid and membrane scaffold proteins self-assembled into a nanodisc. Also provided is a method for making such protein-lipid nanodiscs. Such protein-lipid nanodiscs may comprise 5 pharmaceurtically active molecules or imaging agents, and/orthey may be provided in compositions and/or kits. The protein lipid nanodiscs may be useful in vaccines, diagnostic methods and/or biomedical studies.
