Abstract
The reaction kettle for producing the high-viscosity water reducing agent comprises a reaction kettle body and a discharging pipe, the bottom end of the reaction kettle body is communicated with the discharging pipe, a swing assembly is installed on the outer wall of the discharging pipe, a transverse rod is fixedly connected with the discharging pipe, a groove plate is connected to the outer wall of the transverse rod in a sleeved mode, a sliding rod is connected to the interior of the groove plate in a sleeved mode, and the sliding rod is connected with the transverse rod in a sleeved mode. The outer wall of the sliding rod is fixedly connected with a supporting frame. According to the reaction kettle for producing the high-viscosity water reducing agent, the cross rod, the groove plate, the sliding rod, the supporting frame and the like are used in cooperation, the supporting frame is fixed to the surface of the base, the groove plate is located on the outer wall of the cross rod, and the groove plate moves along the outer wall of the sliding rod under the action of an external power source; meanwhile, a sliding groove of a groove plate pushes a transverse rod to move, the transverse rod drives the reaction kettle to swing through a discharging pipe, and implosion of raw materials in the reaction kettle is prevented through continuous swing of the reaction kettle.
