Abstract
The invention relates to a preparation method of a functional polycarboxylate-type water reducing agent for resisting a flocculating agent in machine-made sand. The preparation method comprises the following specific steps: firstly, modifying imide under the action of an amine catalyst to obtain o-phenyl ketene imide; then enabling ketene imine, an unsaturated carboxylic acid derivative and an oxidizing agent to be subjected to an in-situ polymerization reaction in molten polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether, adding alkyl halide after the reaction is completed, performing a Delepine reaction, and obtaining the functional polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent. The functional polycarboxylate-type water reducing agent for resisting the flocculating agent in the machine-made sand prepared by the method disclosed by the invention can eliminate the influence of the flocculating agent in the machine-made sand on the dispersion performance of concrete, and ensures the working performance, the mechanical property and the durability of the concrete.
