Abstract
[0001] The invention relates to the field of diagnostic immunology. Provided are means and methods for multiparameter cytometry-based leukocyte subsetting, which is advantageously used for the monitoring of the immune status of a subject, and/or for monitoring the effects of an immune modulatory treatment. Provided among others is a reagent composition comprising antibodies conjugated to a detectable label, the conjugated antibodies being directed against the following combination of markers: CD 141, HLA-DR, CD16, CD33, CD300e, CD303 and CD14, wherein the antibodies directed against CD300e and CD303 may be conjugated to the same label. L'invention concerne donc des moyens et des méthodes de sous-définition de leucocytes à base de cytométrie multiparamètre, qui est avantageusement utilisée pour la surveillance de l'état immunitaire d'un sujet, et/ou pour la surveillance des effets d'un traitement immunomodulateur. L'invention concerne, entre autres, une composition de réactif comprenant des anticorps conjugués à une étiquette détectable, les anticorps conjugués étant dirigés contre la combinaison suivante de marqueurs : CD 141, HLA-DR, CD16, CD33, CD300e, CD303 et CD14, les anticorps dirigés contre CD300e et CD303 pouvant être conjugués à la même étiquette.
